Landlords & Utilities

Your support and participation is key to facilitating a successful application process.

Payments will be made directly to landlords and utility providers.

Landlords and utility providers have an active role in the Rent Help Placer program. While landlords and utility providers cannot apply to the program directly, your participation is key to helping engage and facilitate the renter application process.

Actions for Landlords and Utility Providers:

  1. Promote awareness of the program and encourage income-eligible renters and utility customers experiencing hardship to apply.
  2. Be prepared for a timely response to renter requests for required documents.
